IT HELPDESK ANALYST

Capiteq is a Singapore/Hong based technology company with a core focus in delivering high quality I.T. services to Hedge Funds and Private Family Offices in Asia.As a leading IT provider within Financial Markets, Capiteq have grown to a considerable size over the past six years and are now looking to add to further expertise to our Singapore operation.  Since the formation of the business in 2013, the company has built a strong reputation in the region and as a result of this success are now looking to expand out Singapore office.

We are interested to hear from IT professionals with experience in providing IT Help Desk Support to clients operating in financial markets.Candidates should have solid experience in working in an IT Help desk environment which will require both onsite and remote IT support to our hedge fund clients.

As part of the companies expansion plans into Asia – we are interested to hear from IT professionals based in Singapore and Hong Kong.  The firm has plans to expand both offices in 2020 and are interested in hearing from talented professionals located in Singapore and Hong Kong.

We are looking for a specific set of skills for this role, the individual will need to have had experience providing support services to firms operating in financial markets.  Environments can be fast paced and challenging, hence the right person will need to be able to think on their feet and work well in a team.

The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses a technical skill set across a wide range of technologies, knowledge across Windows Server administration, Desktop support as well as solid experience in Office 365 is a requirement of the role.

The role is a customer facing role, communication is just as important as technical ability. We are looking for someone who understands service delivery and what it takes to deliver IT at the highest level as well as the importance of ensuring tickets are answered and solved in an effective manner.

The client base we serve are considered VIP – Traders – We are also interested to hear from candidates who are used to working and providing services to VIP staff – Experience working and supporting financial markets is also deemed advantageous.

Technical Skills Required in the following areas.
-Strong Desktop experience in supporting Windows 10 Pro/Office 2016/19
-Microsoft Office 365 Administration -Microsoft Windows 2016/2019 Administration -Experience supporting/troubleshooting trading applications e.g Bloomberg.
-Active Directory/DHCP/DNS -Patch Management -VmWare -Veeam Backup -Basic IT networking experience
-Any knowledge across Exchange Administration advantage but not essential.
